Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and battery chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier, or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
